Parking downtown is easy and often free!

Public Parking Spaces Include:

1st Ave Ramp - You can enter from either 10th or 11th Street, between Phillips and 1st Ave. After 6pm and all day Saturday and Sunday, this ramp is FREE! From 6am-6pm, Monday thru Friday, you can park for just 60-cents an hour.

Washington Pavilion Ramp – Ramp is located between Phillips and Main Ave, and 12th & 13th Streets. After 6pm and all day Saturday and Sunday, this ramp is FREE! From 6am-6pm, Monday thru Friday, a flat fee of $3 is charged, regardless of how long you stay.

Parking Meters – Metered parking spaces are FREE after 5pm on weekdays, and all day Saturday and Sunday. Hourly rates vary during the week.

Commercial/Business Lots – Parking is always free for customers at 8th & Railroad Center, 401 E 8th Street; Cherapa Building, south lot (300 N Cherapa Place); and the Holiday Inn, in front of hotel and in back parking ramp (100 W 8th St). Several smaller businesses have limited customer parking and will have signs indicating such.
